We all deserve to be treated fairly.
We are fortunate to live in a country that affords us a great deal of consumer protection, but not all product or service providers believe that their customers deserve to be treated fairly.
If you have purchased goods or services from someone and have been left dissatisfied and with the provider showing no intention of making amends, the first thing to identify is, ‘what are your rights?’
